  • Payments are non-refundable once the service or project has started.

  • If you cancel your subscription or project, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, approvals, and necessary access (e.g., ad accounts, creative assets).

  • Follow all applicable laws and advertising platform policies.

  • Avoid using our services for unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activities.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All strategies, reports, creatives, and other deliverables provided by Adylize remain our property until full payment is received.

  • You retain ownership of your brand, accounts, and data.

  • You may not copy, resell, or distribute our proprietary content without written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential business, financial, and technical information secure and use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.

9. Disclaimers

  • While we strive for excellent results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, leads, or follower counts, as these depend on external factors.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, policy changes, or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adylize Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms or fail to make payments.

  • You may terminate services with written notice and payment for all work delivered up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
