Adylize is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kolkata. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying leads, pitching our services, closing deals, and nurturing strong client relationships. You will represent our brand on the ground and work closely with local businesses to offer them the best digital growth solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in local and nearby markets
- Schedule and attend client meetings to pitch Adylize services
- Present solutions such as performance marketing, website development, and automation tools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up regularly and maintain an organized lead pipeline
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
- Report daily activities and progress to the sales manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C sales (digital services sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus
- Must be based in Kolkata and able to travel locally for meetings
- Must own a two-wheeler (preferred)
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Own laptop and smartphone required
