All payments for our services are non-refundable once a project, campaign, or subscription has started.

Our services involve significant planning, team effort, and platform costs, which are non-recoverable.
2. Subscription-Based Services

Payments for monthly or recurring services (e.g., social media growth, performance marketing, automation) must be made in advance for each billing cycle.

If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
3. Project-Based Services

For one-time or fixed-scope projects (e.g., strategy setup, campaign launch, creative packages), payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

If you cancel before the project begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the total project fee, depending on the work already initiated.

Refunds will not be provided once project deliverables have been shared.
4. Missed or Delayed Delivery

We aim to meet all agreed timelines.

Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., late approvals, missing content, lack of access to ad accounts) do not qualify for a refund.

If we fail to deliver due to our own fault and cannot resolve it, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for future services.
5. Special Offers & Promotions

Payments made under discounts, special offers, or promotional campaigns are strictly non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a breach of this policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services and pursue recovery of the disputed amount, including related legal or processing fees.
7. How to Request a Cancellation

8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes related to refunds or cancellations will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
